Valerie Parr joined BGC’s Vancouver office in 2021 and has 12 years’ experience in the education, tech and engineering sectors, working with global teams and developing programs that positively impact employee performance and engagement.  Valerie is responsible for overseeing a range of HR initiatives, including enhancing BGC’s employee experience, and supporting the delivery of HR service quality.  She has a focus on employee relations, global mobility, advising/coaching and policy development.  Valerie has led teams throughout her career and has an interest in coaching emerging leaders.
