Susan Trickey, M.Sc., P.Eng. (ON), is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in consulting engineering. Her interest in project management, coordination, and organization along with her technical background in transportation and civil infrastructure as well as public and private development projects lead her to a transition into Quality Management. As BGC’s Technical Quality Manager and Technical Guidelines and Standards (TGS) Lead, Susan is responsible for facilitating the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of BGC’s Quality Management System, including processes, guidelines, standards, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with BGC’s Quality & Innovation Lead, Chief Technical Officer, TGS Working Group and Document and Editing Team to promote and maintain BGC’s commitment to providing high quality technical services.
