Steve Hedberg, M.Sc., P.Eng., P.Geo. (ON, BC), has over twenty-five years of professional experience conducting geological investigations, designing groundwater remediation systems, preparing mine dewatering plans, siting water supply wells, and constructing groundwater flow and transport models.

Steve has extensive experience with groundwater modeling tools and the construction of groundwater models for solving hydrogeological problems in numerous industries: mining, industrial manufacturing, railway, landfill, research laboratory and spring water development. He is a skilled project manager and has provided independent third-party reviews and technical litigation support. Steve became a member of the Core Management Team & the Board of Directors in 2007. He assumed CEO responsibilities in 2009 and became President & CEO in 2010.
