Sheldon has nearly 30 years of business development, contract negotiation, dispute resolution and risk management experience.  After finishing a BSc in Ecology he completed an MBA at the University of Western Ontario. He has worked in resource industries and telecom sector.  He joined BGC to help with acquisitions, operations, risk management and finance.  He is now focused on project risk management, insurance and engineering contracts.  Sheldon is fascinated by learning how systems work and quantifying the value added.

Outside of BGC Sheldon is involved in community associations and entrepreneurial groups.  He lives in Vancouver with his wife and three children.  They get out sea kayaking and camping as often as possible.
