Pascal Szeftel, Ph.D., P.Eng. (BC, AB)., ing. (QC), has over 15 years of combined experience in research and consulting applied to hydrology, fluvial geomorphology, geohazard management, and river engineering. Since joining BGC in 2013, Pascal’s main areas of focus have been on the characterization of hydrotechnical hazards and the development of engineering designs to support linear infrastructure and government projects in the context of a changing climate.
