Max Layton



Max Layton B.Sc., has extensive experience collecting, processing, and interpreting near surface geophysical data including electrical resistivity tomography (ERT), refraction seismic, multi-channel analysis of surface waves (MASW), electromagnetic techniques, ground penetrating radar (GPR), and magnetic methods. He has worked on numerous projects across western Canada, Texas, Wyoming, Colorado, Kenya, Uganda, Colombia, and the Philippines. He has experience working on pipeline HDD crossings, bedrock and geohazard mapping, spill responses, soil and groundwater contaminant mapping, aquifer characterization, archaeology, and muskeg mapping.
