
Katherine Johnston, M.Sc., P.Eng. (AB, SK, MB), P.Geo. (BC, SK), is in BGC’s Kamloops Office. She currently leads BGC’s Strategic Planning and supports many other aspects of BGC’s business management. She has over 20 years of leadership, technical and project management experience on a broad range of geotechnical and hydrogeological projects throughout western and northern Canada. For the past 12 years, her project work has been focused on routing, designing, and constructing new pipeline projects and on geohazard management for operating pipelines. Katherine has developed strong management and leadership skills through multi-disciplinary project management, office management, supporting BGC’s core management team, and coordinating the development and execution of our corporate strategy. She is particularly passionate about people-forward leadership and about using engineering and geoscience to make the world a better place.
