experience in IT consulting and advisory, Juan is a seasoned professional with
a strong focus on collaboration tools within the M365 ecosystem. Holding a
B.Comm degree from the University of British Columbia and being a Certified
Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) for more than 7 years, Juan brings a
unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to every project.

Over the course of a
decade, Juan has honed skills in business process improvement and automation,
with a particular proficiency in harnessing tools like the Power Platform. This
valuable experience positions Juan to not only understand the intricacies of
technology but also to streamline and enhance business operations. At BGC,
Juan collaborates closely with functional and technical teams, as well as
directly with the CIO. His active involvement significantly contributes to
establishing priorities and strategies, aiming to meet BGC’s IT goals.
