Jarod Broadwater, M.Sc, MBA, P.E. (AK, CO), is based in BGC’s Golden, Colorado office. Jarod began his career as a civil engineer supporting and leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects throughout North America before focusing on project and business management. He has 18 years of consulting and leadership experience primarily focused in the civil and geotechnical consulting industries.

As Operations Lead, Jarod provides guidance for the day-to-day administrative and business operation functions and support for initiatives led by other members of BGC’s Management Team. He also designs and implements procedures of systems to improve and track companywide performance, in support of BGC’s company-wide goal, vision, and culture. Jarod has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland, as well as his MBA in Finance from the University of British Columbia.
