Eric Johnson, B.Sc., P.Geo. (AB), has fifteen years of near-surface geophysics experience. Project experience includes impact assessments of hydrocarbon or saline contaminates, greenhouse gas emissions mapping, mapping the depth of muskeg, shallow lake bathymetry through ice, locating buried pipes, metal detection, archaeological surveys, and exploration of oil, groundwater, gravel, and shallow gas. Developed numerous Python projects that have significantly improved the efficiency of various data processing tasks, while also providing better data quality control. Other practiced techniques include aerial and satellite image analysis, topographic surveys, and aerial photogrammetric surveys. He has worked throughout Canada and the U.S., as well as in Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Singapore, New Zealand, Israel, and Madagascar.
