David Oldford, P.Eng. (NB), is a graduate of the civil engineering program at Memorial University of Newfoundland. He has over 15 years of collective experience on a variety of geotechnical engineering projects. He has worked as a construction monitor and has completed extensive geotechnical investigations at various sites throughout Canada. David has specialized expertise in conducting advanced laboratory tests such as: triaxial compression, cyclic direct simple shear, direct simple shear, direct residual shear, one dimensional consolidation and various permeability tests. David is passionate about hands-on learning while sharing ideas and knowledge which he has gained while working at BGC in the Fredericton, NB’s advanced laboratory.
