(BGC) a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de gestion des risques li\u00e9s aux g\u00e9orisques pour le chemin de fer QNS&amp;L qui relie Sept \u00celes, au Qu\u00e9bec, \u00e0 Labrador City, \u00e0 Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, au Canada. Il est utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9valuer et g\u00e9rer le risque relatif de perte de vies humaines due \u00e0 un d\u00e9raillement de train r\u00e9sultant d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements g\u00e9orisques sur 250 miles de voies ferr\u00e9es. Le syst\u00e8me comprend une base de donn\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements g\u00e9orisques, un inventaire des g\u00e9orisques et des \u00e9valuations des risques pour plus de 4000 inspections de sites de 900 g\u00e9orisques identifi\u00e9s, et des fonctions de rapport pour faciliter la communication des risques.L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience de BGC dans la d\u00e9tection des changements par lidar le long des infrastructures lin\u00e9aires a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e au chemin de fer QNS&amp;L pour compl\u00e9ter le programme d&#8217;inspection des sites et aider \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation des g\u00e9orisques. Le syst\u00e8me comprend la surveillance en temps r\u00e9el des conditions de d\u00e9clenchement des g\u00e9orisques li\u00e9es aux protocoles d&#8217;intervention et aux syst\u00e8mes de communication. Il est h\u00e9berg\u00e9 dans une base de donn\u00e9es accessible par internet et une interface cartographique avec plusieurs types de superpositions cartographiques telles que des orthophotos, des courbes de niveau de 1 m et des mod\u00e8les d&#8217;ombres de collines LiDAR.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thodologie d&#8217;\u00e9valuation des risques li\u00e9s aux g\u00e9orisques s&#8217;appuie sur des outils bas\u00e9s sur les risques d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par BGC depuis les ann\u00e9es 1990 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des clients. Pour IOC, cela signifiait l&#8217;introduction d&#8217;une approche semi-quantitative et d&#8217;un crit\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9chec de performance sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisateur. Le syst\u00e8me repose sur la caract\u00e9risation des sites sur le terrain, l&#8217;analyse des donn\u00e9es de t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection bidimensionnelles et tridimensionnelles et l&#8217;avis d&#8217;experts. Le r\u00e9sultat de la m\u00e9thodologie d&#8217;\u00e9valuation des risques est une note de risque pour chaque g\u00e9orisque cr\u00e9dible affectant le chemin de fer, qui est utilis\u00e9e pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es concernant les inspections annuelles, les projets d&#8217;assainissement et l&#8217;optimisation de la maintenance et des efforts de surveillance plus
