The Role

The position provides general administrative and project support to BGC Engineering Inc.’s Golden office, staff and company administration team.


  • Reception, mail and courier handling, emails, printing, filing; directing phone calls and visitors to appropriate source
  • Maintain office organization and various office equipment
  • Attend specific office meetings with note / minute taking
  • Data entry
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects, as assigned
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Plan catering for office functions
  • Arrange travel logistics
  • Liaison with building management (repairs, maintenance, security)
  • Creating and maintaining several administrative record-keeping systems for projects, publications, travel, and conferences
  • Work schedule is standard 40-hour week in office.

  • Working knowledge of general administrative operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and accurate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Possess valid drivers license and own transportation
  • Minimal 2-3 years of experience
