BGC's Kamloops office is seeking an experienced senior hydogeologist or hydrogeological engineer with a background in mine dewatering studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, 10-15 years relevant work experience, the ability to manage multi-disciplined project teams working in remote, challenging environments, and a desire to occasionally travel and work in remote conditions. Candidates shall possess an undergraduate degree in civil, geological engineering or geosciences. A post-graduate degree in hydrogeology is desirable. A fundamental understanding of hydrogeology, hydrology, and engineering geology, combined with the ability to integrate and work with geotechnical disciplines, is essential. Candidates must be eligible for registration in BC as a Professional Engineer or Professional Geoscientist.

Work Locations

Kamloops, British Columbia, with projects situated throughout the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australia.
